BondCote Building

The BondCote Building is a 54,540 SF industrial building on 20.4 acres in Dublin, VA (Pulaski County). It features a 51,540 SF manufacturing area and a 3,000 SF office area.

Falling Branch Corporate Park, Lot 2

Lot 2 is a 20.7-acre publicly owned site with an existing 14.3-acre pad that can accommodate a building up to 205,000 SF. It is located in Christiansburg, VA (Montgomery County).

Phase II is a 100-acre publicly owned site in Falling Branch Corporate Park, a 295-acre industrial park located in Christiansburg, VA (Montgomery County).

Floyd Regional Commerce Center

Floyd Regional Commerce Center is a 169-acre, publicly-owned industrial park located in Floyd, VA (Floyd County). Phase II is 51-acre site and can accommodate a 137,000 SF building.

ShaeDawn Park

ShaeDawn Park is a 112-acre industrial park located in Dublin, VA (Pulaski County). A 72-acrew site is available that can accommodate a 300,000 SF building and a 100,000 SF building.

NRV Commerce Park

NRV Commerce Park is a 1,000-acre certified industrial park located in Virginia’s New River Valley (Pulaski County). The park is owned and managed by VFRIFA.
